This newly designed internal gashing head is directly driven by a CNC
Spindle Motor. The 50 HP Motor furnishes constant power in the upper
speed ranges and delivering constant torque in the lower speed ranges.
The head achieves this by utilizing its rigid design with hardened and
ground gears throughoutwith proper backlash compensation.
2. This internally chilled head
has been proven to deliver the highest quality parts in both the
roughing and finishing operations, thus eliminating the use of
secondary operations such as hobbing and grinding in most cases.
3. It can be mounted to most gashing and hobbing machines with minimal changes.
