WITH FULL INTEGRATION PACKAGE

1. This newly designed head is directly driven by a CNC Spindle Motor. The 50 HP Motor furnishes constant power in the upper speed ranges and delivering constant torque in the lower speed ranges.

2. This internally chilled head has been proven to deliver the highest quality parts in both the roughing and finishing operations, thus eliminating the use of secondary operations such as hobbing and grinding in most cases.

3. It can be mounted to most gashing and hobbing machines with minimal changes.

• Standard #4.1 Gashing Head

• CNC Fanuc Spindle Motor & drive (or similar)

• Separate Electrical Controls to run the head

• Chilling System 4-ton Unit

• 1 Gashing or Hob Arbor

• Hydraulic System

• Fabricated Stand for Shipping & Holding of Head

• Adaptor Plate for mounting if needed
